CREW HOUSING ZONING ORDINANCE
On July 16th, 2013, the County incorporated a crew housing section into its zoning ordinance. The section may be inspected by the public and copied from or at either this web site, https://www.stutsmancounty.gov/files/crew_camp_final_draft.pdf, the State’s Attorney’s Office, the Auditor’s Office or the Recorder’s Office between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on any business weekday. The nature, scope and purpose of the adopted resolution is to provide a framework for siting, construction and operation of crew housing facilities in the county that will preserve the safety and well-being of the residents and facilitate equitable and orderly development.
