If applicable, include screenshots with your ticket displaying error codes, messages or anything else you think will help in troubleshooting.
You can open new tickets three different ways:
Option 1: Use the form on this page, ensuring you are entering your correct name and work e-mail address (@stutsmancounty.gov / @jamestownnd.gov / @nd.gov).
Option 2: Send an e-mail to support@stutsmancounty.gov with a short subject line and the rest of your message in the body. Our system will automatically open a new ticket for you.
Option 3: Log into the portal at https://helpdesk.co.stutsman.nd.us. Here you will be able to see a history of your tickets, as well as an option to open a new support ticket.
